• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text (depending on your selected option).
• We currently ship across Australia.

🔁 Exchanges & Refunds
Because our jewelry is delicate and often made in small or limited batches, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental orders. We appreciate your understanding and support for a small business!

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with a clear photo and your order number. We'll happily work with you on a replacement or store credit.
